Sunrise over the Karwendel

At our start on 01.08.2020 we were allowed to experience a bombastic sunrise. The ride with start at the Kreithalm in Weidach / Leutasch led us over the Reiterspitze, Nördlingerhütte over the Inntal to Götzens where we completed a so-called "Hofratslandung" just behind Neu Götzens in a freshly "for us" mowed meadow. The escort vehicles with our chasers, or as we affectionately call you - "aardvarks", were immediately on the spot and the balloon could be weighed back onto the trailer with the help of a fantastic team.
